10 years crashes cycle? or 12 years zodiac bull run cycle?

Lots of prediction on 10 years crashes cycle on 1997, 2007, 2017. Is that so? Psychology told us when everyone expected 2017 to be stock crash year, they should have sold stocks before 2017. It means by 2017 they do not have position on equities. How could the stock market crash?

My studies on zodiac cycle on Bull Run Years on 1993, 2005, and highly possible on 2017.
